Customers are able to return a product within 14 days of arrival. We highly encourage our customers to review the products bought within this time period. We reserve the right to ask for a reason and unless the product is faulty, store credit may be offered. Please get in touch with us at email@example.com to arrange a return or exchange.

If your order has been lost then we will send another order and ship the replacement out to you as soon as possible. This is a rare occurrence but we are aware that it is a possibility and will rectify the situation as soon as we can.
Please note that we may ship items separately so please do allow a good amount of time before escalating this to us.
Please note that some of your items may arrive at different times. If some items are ready before others, we will not delay and get what we can sent out to you as soon as possible. You can select different postage options at checkout. We wanted to keep our postage prices at the lower end and have provided multiple preferences. For UK, the first option is between 4 and 6 working days and the second option is between 5 and 7 working days. For EU, you can add 3 days onto this estimate. We also offer a tracked service if you wish to select this.
At the moment we only ship to customers within the UK and Europe. However, we will be launching worldwide shipping soon so keep up to date with us on our social media channels and you’ll be the first to know when we go live!
