How long does delivery take?
Small orders will be sent out on next day delivery. In general, orders should be delivered within 3-10 working days. If your order is not with you 10 days after your purchase, please do get in touch! We use Royal Mail as our courier and delays will likely be due to COVID and their capacity.
You will receive confirmation of when we have finished processing the order it has been sent out.
Products might arrive separately. For example, if you order t shirts and popular beanies, the t shirts will be sent to you as soon as they’re ready so the beanie does not delay your whole order.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we ship to Europe, Australia and US. Free delivery is only available in UK.
Delivery for returns
Should you need to return your product to us, please get in touch with us using our contact form or emailing email@example.com to receive details about how we can get the clothes safely back to us.
Can I exchange my items?
Yes, we offer store credit if you decide to exchange your items or if you need a different size.
What payment do you take?
Payments are secured using PayPal – a quick and easy payment method so you don’t have to fill out too many forms! If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay by card.
Orders & Returns
I want to return my item, what do I do?
We accept returns within 20 days. To return your items, please email you order confirmation to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject RETURNS. Please also provide a reason why for our own market research.
My product hasn’t arrived!
Please wait at least 7 working days before you flag this with our team. If you order hasn’t arrive, we will happily help if you email us at email@example.com with your order details.
